FSA arises from the intuition of its three founders, Mauro Agliardi, Massimo Somenzi and Ivan Fogliata, who identified a need for specialised consultancy in the specific field of corporate finance. WHAT WE DO<\/h1>\n

We help companies to measure performance levels and create adequate organisational structures. We operate in debt planning and interact with financial intermediaries for the collection of funds, the execution of mergers and acquisitions, and in the funding of investment opportunities or the reorganisation of groups and generational changeover. In the internationalisation process we help companies to expand on international markets, identify business opportunities and tackle the challenges of foreign bureaucracy systems. If indebtedness is no longer sustainable, we operate as advisors in the world of restructuring or work-out, helping companies to reorganise their financial and operational structure to restore balance and performance.<\/p>\n
